Healthy conflict is a crucial cornerstone of community and interpersonal care. Unhealthy, and even harmful, conflict patterns are baked into the dominant culture, and many of us will spend our lives unlearning these behaviors and moving toward a place of celebrating and honoring conflict.

This workshop seeks to identify unhelpful conflict behaviors in ourselves, to understand what it looks like when our stress response is activated, and to explore ways to self- and co-regulate when we are in conflict. Resources will also be provided that can aid in conflict and power mapping, identifying your support networks, and generally building conflict muscles.

Accessibility information: This takes place indoors. Masks are recommended. Chairs are available for seating. Workshop will be delivered in English.
